Payment Information                                                    The Clerk of Courts Office accepts payments for fines, costs, and restitution in our office during regular office hours.  Cash, money order, certified check, debit card and major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and Discover), are accepted in our office.   As part of our commitment to provide residents with efficient, convenient service, the Montgomery County Clerk of Courts has partnered with Official Payments to offer the ability to pay fines and costs over the Internet by clicking here or by telephone at 1-800-272-9829.  Discover, Mastercard, and Visa credit and debit cards are accepted.                         Official Payments, the service provider, charges a convenience fee for payment processing.   To make a Payment by credit card online, click here.   To make a payment by phone, use Jurisdiction Code 4873.   Payments may also be mailed to our office; however, we can only accept certified checks and money orders via mailed payments at the following address:   Montgomery County Court House The Clerk of Courts P.O.
